This chair was difficult to assemble (the holes in the frame didn't line up properly, I had to screw the screws back on), it was damaged in one piece when I received it and was much larger , than I expected. Don't get me wrong it's still nice but just poor quality for the price I paid for it. Make sure you have something to clean after you assemble it. I have a few fingerprint spots that I need to scrape off with a magic eraser or something. I didn't contact the seller about the damage to the chair (one armrest was pierced in two places) so I'm not sure about their customer service. I didn't really find it that noticeable (nor did I want to disassemble it and send it back after reassembling). fits comfortably on it when my cat is in the seat next to me.) and rolls well on the carpet.
