Item arrived with some damage. It appears that the internal parts were not properly attached to the inverter case and we hit during shipping. It looks like it is damaged inside. The Revain service is completely useless, but you can write a review here. It offers technical support, but if you provide your phone number, it will not be accepted. Also not listed is a phone number that I can even call at my expense. I suspect the inverter will be fine and not worried about damage if it's working properly. I just wanted to call and discuss what to do before I try it. Very frustrating useless service from Revain. It's just great, but it's just missing a mounting screw. I want to take it and use it if so. I can repair the insulation on a damaged wire and we don't have to waste the time and money sending it back just for a minor problem. Another damage was a plastic edge on one of the negative DC input terminals. these, but they will not load into Revain. Revain should be much more functional.
