I can easily access my computer from any location with an internet connection. The software has many useful functions that are very helpful when working remotely or traveling. There's nothing bad about it so far as of now but if there were something could be improved would have been better than what we currently use which is TeamViewer. It works well enough for us right now, but sometimes, especially while using multiple monitors, some things may not show properly due to screen size differences between computers/monitors. Remote desktop services helps me connect seamlessly into another device without having to physically go over there.
