We use DT for our wholesale/retail account which is great it makes my life so much easier having them do all of this behind me as I work from home full time! They are very fast at replying back when we have questions or concerns they can be contacted 24 hours 7 days per week via phone call text email fax etc really helpful if you need someone immediately available that day!! Sometimes its hard contacting their support team but i think thats due moreso because there isn't anyone always online during business times - just know what your expecting before hand like any other provider does.

Make sure that everything gets put into place ahead of schedule otherwise things will run out faster than expected causing some problems down the road once production has started.- Great service friendly staff super quick turn arounds high quality products easy process getting set up using different websites such as magento ect. Really enjoyed working witr Dt now knowing how quickly issues get resolved would not hesitate recommending direct.
