Review on 👗 Girls' Ruffled Knit Scooter Skirts by Spotted Zebra by Joseph Montes

The quality of the fabric seems to be fine, the colors are bright. But the skirt is deceptively narrow and runs small. My 7 year old usually wears a size 8-10 but this 10-12 was too tight! The style looks like the tiers/ruffles will at least flare out a bit and give a roomy fit, but they aren't. Even after taking off the shorts, it's still tight. The seams along the steps, especially the top ones, are stiff and don't stretch, so walking isn't fun. Too bad because it looked so cute but very disappointing.
