Our team is very impressed by their customer service and how willing they are to help us out if we have any questions along our journey of implementation! There's not much I dislike about ERoad as it has been a great experience working with this software system so far. The only thing I can see in my mind now would be an easier way to track equipment at multiple locations for reporting purposes. It does what you need, but there may just be something better suited to meet those needs. We love using ERoad - everything works together seamlessly. Reporting was never seamless until we moved into ERoad (now it is!). Having all things automated makes running the business more efficient which leads to increased revenue opportunities.
