This is probably going to be the longest review I have ever written but I want to share everything I need to know to help me decide which case to buy target . It's so beautiful - pink, black, shiny. There is no chance of the glitter coming off as it is under a transparent layer of something. It feels smooth, not rough and grainy like glitter. Transparency doesn't even fade on the gloss - BIG YAY2. I used to have Otterbox cases on my iPhones. My son has the same iPad as me and he has a large, sturdy Otterbox case. This is not the look/style I was looking for my iPad. This case has all the protective features of the heavier case without the bulk. I added photos for comparison. Both iPads are the 2016 iPad Pro 9.7. His is red and mine (this case I'm considering) is black/pink (rose gold). Mine is 1.08 pounds and his is 1.12 pounds3. It was very easy to put on - I was just shocked. No swear words were said during the installation of this case.4 There is no built-in screen protector, so I installed a tempered glass screen protector before installing the case. In fact, this was one of the requirements I made when choosing a case. All cases I've had with built-in screen protectors in the past have been plastic. Over time, your visibility will decrease significantly. It's like your car's windshield - you don't realize how bad it was until you clean it... same goes for those plastic screen protectors once you take them off. When buying a screen protector, make sure it is made of glass as some of them are made of plastic. I have attached photos of the top, bottom, front and back.
