Type of review

I use this L-Carnitine for its many benefits including increased energy, fat metabolism and improved cognition. I take this twice a day on an empty stomach or mix with water/juice/protein shake - no solid food - to absorb as much as possible as it is in powder form. I checked the microgram scale and made sure the measuring instructions are correct and I take half a teaspoon (about 1.5 grams) in the morning and then another in the afternoon for an energy boost. Good product: L-Carnitine

I really like that this brand is just a product. No fillers. The product looks completely normal. It doesn't have the best taste, but that's not a minus, it just tastes like that. If you add it to something like a smoothie, you won't taste it at all if you just add it to water. I don't mind, I just decided to throw it there. I have not experienced any negative side effects. I've been using it for 2 weeks, so it's hard to say any more positive effects. I take it with myo-inositol. I feel like my

There is some clinical evidence that L-carnitine supplementation increases mitochondrial biogenesis and exercise endurance.
