I really like that this brand is just a product. No fillers. The product looks completely normal. It doesn't have the best taste, but that's not a minus, it just tastes like that. If you add it to something like a smoothie, you won't taste it at all if you just add it to water. I don't mind, I just decided to throw it there. I have not experienced any negative side effects. I've been using it for 2 weeks, so it's hard to say any more positive effects. I take it with myo-inositol. I feel like my insulin sensitivity has improved somewhat over the last few weeks. I am not diabetic and do not recommend it to such an extreme. I'm just saying I just don't feel hungry all the time (a side effect of another medication I'm currently taking). I will likely be ordering more items from them in the future. The biggest plus for me is the lack of extra junk. It is very difficult to find additives without fillers. The price is good too.
