So, for starters, this was a great little humidifier. After about 3 weeks it seemed a bit funky. At this point the light started turning on and changing levels of brightness if I wasn't touching it. The amount of vapor coming out also fluctuated A LOT - like it went from normal to so little vapor you could barely see it. I've tried everything but found that the part where the steam comes out is blunt or something like that. I changed the filter even though less than 30 days have passed. It seemed to help! 2 months later - now - the lights started flashing again, but very quickly. There was a buzzing noise, then I smelled a strange smell, it was smoking, IT'S ON BURNING! I followed all the instructions: only used tap water, no oils, changed filters MORE than once a month, cleaned, charged but unplugged. I'm out of anger. Thank God I woke up! I can't go back. I would like to trade it because I really liked it before the lights inside burned out and caught fire! Just skip it guys. In the photo the bottom side of the cover - you can see where the fire is on the right!
