    Doesn't last long, don't use tap water!

    No longer works normally 6 months after purchase. They claim that they only use tap water due to mineral buildup...well, tap water also has minerals in it so it causes an internal calcium buildup problem that I haven't been able to fix. For the price it was amazing and I was disappointed with the dinner that didn't last.

    POOR PRODUCT DESIGN - Water condenses on top and clogs orifice

    I'm not sure if my humidifier was faulty or just poor product design, but water condenses on top and pools and essentially blocks the orifice orifice humidifier in front of the blowing out water vapour. It was very annoying, I had to keep wiping the top with a towel and putting the plate on the bottom because there was quite a bit of water dripping on the table at the end of the day. Very pretty but just badly designed!

    Super disappointed! Rusty fork and the inside of the block.

    It took a month to get the order which was not a problem. BUT now my returns window is closed and I'm stuck with a non-working rusty product! I was only able to use it for 2 weeks before it stopped working. Upon inspection I noticed a large amount of rust around the micro USB connector and then realized the lid had a TON OF RUST inside the item. I would not recommend this product to anyone. and damn sorry i can't return it for a refund!

    Worked fine for 3 days (Update)

    Edit: Downgraded from 2 stars to 1 as I've received 4 emails in 3 days trying to bribe me to give my review in exchange for a Delete Revain gift card. Avoid this product and company. It was very easy to start and worked well for the 3 days I used it before it started making a terrible noise every time it was turned on. (I made sure the tank was full and the wick fully wet but I didn't fix it.) Very disappointed as it was the perfect size to fit my plant shelf.

    Will not work in humidifiers

    This product stopped working after only a few months. It only held a charge for about 5 hours when I first got it and hasn't worked since when unplugged. With continued use, more and more problems arose - the light goes on and off constantly, but the on/off switch does not work. The only way to turn the humidifier off right now is to unscrew the top completely, and that only works if I can get it to start. Unfortunately the returns window is closed so I am unable to get my money back or request

    Ideal for a couple of weeks.

    At first I liked this humidifier. It'll use about half a tank or a little more overnight, and the two night light settings (bright or dark) are a nice touch. You can also turn off the light, but the humidifier will still work. Unfortunately, after about a month, the tiny atomizer that the mist comes from became a bit rusty, so it started to spray less and less. Now the tank works for several days without draining, due to which almost no moisture leaks out. I've tried changing the filters but it

    It was nice after 3 months of work. The night light has a pleasantly soft light, not like a bright LED. It only has 2 lighting modes. not dark enough for me to sleep. HUMIDIFY YOURSELF NOW. real pain in the ass! The piece of gold on top doesn't come off, so it's almost impossible to clean what's stuck on it!     Beautiful but not functional.

    The humidifier had been running for about a week when water pooled at the top and clogged the nozzle. Once the nozzle was clogged, the fog stopped. I also can't understand why the company is telling you not to use distilled water when distilled water helps prevent bacteria from building up in your humidifier.     So, for starters, this was a great little humidifier. After about 3 weeks it seemed a bit funky. At this point the light started turning on and changing levels of brightness if I wasn't touching it.
