Updated 12/27/18 Not all natural deodorants work for me but this one works. Years ago I switched to a natural, aluminum-free deodorant, but only recently came across Sam's deodorant. Before that I have Tom's (which doesn't work for me), Herban Cowboy (no longer works for me as they removed the silver from their ingredients), Thai Crystal (works fine), Crystal Essence (also works well), Primal Pit (I know not sure why but blown jasmine makes me smell awful, I've had better luck with unscented flavors) and a variety of other brands I've purchased from Whole Foods and other organic grocery stores over the years. I love Burt's Bees deodorant spray but it has since been discontinued and I started looking for a replacement. I have to change the deodorant about every week because my armpits are getting used to the deodorant. I know it's weird, but if I just use deodorant I'll find that it's less effective. This deodorant contains baking soda. It works wonders, but it can cause redness/rashes in the armpit area for some, so I'd suggest trying it out for a bit first before applying it to both armpits. I know some people don't like the shape of the deodorant but I really like it and it keeps the deodorant from smearing around the edges. So far I've tried Sandalwood, Tobacco, and Gully. All great flavors that never get boring. I love this deodorant but it is VERY STAINED. Yellow pit stains on all my white shirts, as well as light gray ones. I had already thrown the shirts in the dryer when I noticed it and the stains won't go away after exposure to heat. On another hot day I was sweating with this deodorant and it ended up on my scrub. It left an oily residue which I tried to remove but to no avail. Fair warning this deodorant works but stains have ruined a lot of shirts so I only use it in black.
