This stuff is amazing!

I love Epsom salts. Good for drawing and healing, they are also great for softening skin when bathing, soaking wounds, or soaking your feet after you've been on them all day. This is a good brand and variety of Epsom salt. But they are slightly different as they smell nice. The bag says ginger and clay. I'm not sure if these salts are "detoxifying and energizing" (the human body actually detoxifies itself in most situations), but it doesn't matter what the label says on these salts. They are wonderful and I find them relaxing and complementary to healing. I usually pour about a cup or so into the tub (I don't measure) as I fill the tub and run the hot water over the salts. You may have to shake the water a bit, but the salts will dissolve, and the magnesium in the salts will help the muscles relax and maybe even heal, and the aroma of these salts is just divine. (FTR, all Epsom salts contain magnesium.) Some reviewers said they don't care about the flavor of this strain, but my entire family loves it. My husband even uses it in the bathroom, as does our youngest daughter. These salts are great for sore muscles when you overdo it, relaxing when you are tired or not feeling well, migraines, colds, etc. This substance is great for migraines. We know magnesium is good for migraines, and Epsom salts dissolved in water allow the minerals to be absorbed into your body and relax you. (This strain is not intended to be taken orally.) These Epsom salts are on my "good" list, along with an ice pack for my head, fluids, and my meds for when I get a full-blown migraine. My adult children do the same thing and use salts for muscle pain. My husband uses this for muscle pain or just to help him relax. He's gardening today, so he'll probably use this Epsom salt in his bath tonight. I find the aroma of these salts mild and relaxing. This brand makes unflavored Epsom salts if you don't like the taste. but i love it This enhances the relaxing, soothing, and soothing effects of a good Epsom salt bath. It can also be used in higher concentrations for foot baths. I also recommend Epsom salts and warm water baths for my patients who may have mastitis or breastfeeding pains. (Of course, mastitis also requires antibiotics and medication. If you suspect you have mastitis, you should call your GP.) I recommend Epsom salts for countless uses, and this brand and fragrance are my absolute favorites.
