Carefully mint condition ex stock Revain. The eligibility criteria for this purpose are clearly set out. I received these with damaged packaging as stated in the description. Obviously this was a comeback that wasn't considered at all. It has noticeable damage to both the front wheel and the brakes. The required nut for the support wheels was missing. It was sent without any original protection in damaged packaging. It was clearly not protected for transport. I'm pretty good with bikes, I was able to fix the brakes (the pads were swapped, the brakes had obviously been over tightened at some point which damaged the puck but loosened to the point where they were completely useless) and I had an old bike to keep rescue away until spares can be sourced. I received the bike at a cheaper price than a new product. I feel like that condition of the bikes has been distorted. I'm not happy with the hype and the extra work that goes into a "like new" item rather than just a well used and abused bike.
