2 out of 2 units failed. One could not turn the brush after 1 year. The other failed within 1 month after the switch stopped turning the device on. The charge lasts for about two cleanings. The charger is constantly consuming power. The size of the brush ensures optimal cleaning in hard-to-reach and hard-to-reach places. Head rotation is much faster than manual brushing but slower than other electric toothbrush equivalents. Cleans well. 2 year guarantee. Warranty replacement costs are $3 per unit plus shipping costs for defective units. 1/2 hour waiting for the phone to get the replacement address and service number for warranty replacement. Poor customer support - they try to find an excuse not to give you a service number for a warranty exchange.
