Allow for 33 usable inches - does not mix well with contact cement

Neoprene Sheet is said to be 36 inches long but is rolled so tightly only 33 inches could be used. I clamped the sheet metal between two boards for 48 hours and still the last 3 inches were not flat. I've also found that neoprene contact adhesive causes this material to curl in both directions, which also makes installation difficult. This is indicative of the way this film was formulated as I have never had this issue with many other rubber film products in the past. It's hard to get it in place when it's twisted that badly.
