You can test this to make sure they are indeed blocking blue. I took the test and they passed with flying colors. Because the lenses are clear, you might not think they're doing anything, but your eyes will thank you! I originally used yellow lens glasses to block blue but they distorted all the colors and my eyes let me know they didn't like them! I love these glasses. My eyes immediately feel less sore as soon as I apply it. If I'm sitting at the computer or watching TV and forget to put them on, my eyes will tell me. I highly recommend this product.
