screen is small looks cheap

I bought the m105 to replace my old handspring visor; I also used a Palm V. Of the three, the m105 feels "cheaper" than the others when I use it - perhaps unsurprising given its place in the Palm lineup and its all-plastic body with a removable sleeve. On unboxing I damaged the somewhat crappy lid hinge when I put it on the PDA itself and after a month of use the hinge started to fail. Good device, but where is the modem?!

I received my M105 yesterday and it is my first PDA. I was a bit hesitant to get it because I wasn't sure if I would actually use it or not. Now that I've used it all day, I have to say this thing rocks! battery life forever. It's very convenient and intuitive. And best of all, you can easily add software that you can download for free from the Internet. Apps and games take about 5 seconds to load at 56K resolution! I love it. You can add a keyboard for around $20 if you shop around. My only…

Husband wants to trade his IIIxe for my m105!

My husband has a Palm IIIxe that he got from his office. It was required and he and I had never seen a CCP before. After playing with it and learning all about it, we really enjoyed it! I saw the m105 and wanted an entry level PDA. The price was right and very competitive compared to other companies (cheaper in some cases)! I love my M105.
