I bought the m105 to replace my old handspring visor; I also used a Palm V. Of the three, the m105 feels "cheaper" than the others when I use it - perhaps unsurprising given its place in the Palm lineup and its all-plastic body with a removable sleeve. On unboxing I damaged the somewhat crappy lid hinge when I put it on the PDA itself and after a month of use the hinge started to fail. Also, the screen is a bit smaller and harder to read than my Handspring - you might want to check out the actual device before you buy, just to make sure you don't squint.
