My little one has just started walking and loves carrying this toy around. The shape sorter is a bonus. It forms a snail shell and rotates when the toy is pulled. When the figures are in the figure sorter, they will make a clinking sound when pulled as the figures fall into the toy. The shape sorter often falls out of the toy when a one year old pulls on it. When playing with a toy, my baby puts the eyes of the toy in his mouth and the whole eye is put in his mouth. If I see him doing it, I'll stop him and take him out. I'm worried he might chew it or his eyes might slip off the toy and pose a choking hazard. As long as the eyes are intact and appear strong enough not to pop out. This is not a deal breaker and I am happy with my purchase.
