No cotton, most likely not organic.
I bought this pillow because it was supposed to be an organic cotton pillow. This is important to me as my baby will sleep and breathe on it all night. Came, the box says microfiber. Nowhere is it mentioned that it is organic or cotton. Made in China, wash before use. No thanks for all that. He's coming back. The only plus point is the cute design. But I pay more attention to the quality of the materials than to the looks.
