The skirt is very cute. I usually wear a size 10 or 12 pair of pants, more like a 12 than 10 lately. I bought the large size and I like the way it fits. Elastic waistband and two buttons for a snug fit. The material is cotton, which is good for summer. Bonus Bags! Exactly my style.
