Thin Custom Teeth Night Guard Review

This night guard is MUCH better than my $1000 splint my dentist made for me. I have a temporomandibular joint and the splint was supposed to keep my teeth separated and prevent clenching/grinding, but I found my bite was even worse than before using it. I was very surprised how soft and thin this protection is! It was very easy to take an impression and send it back. The finished protection was delivered in about a week and fits perfectly. Before that I tried sooooo many guards that were too big and unwieldy. I felt like choking putting them in like they were about to go down my throat while I slept. I always panicked and got them out. If you're clenching or grinding your teeth hard, don't use this "thin" version. I've been wearing it for less than 2 weeks and it's already wearing out and is so loose that it often falls out at night which negates its use!

My tooth moved after more than 3 months of use! This product gave me pain from day one. I have contacted Sparkling White Dental Labs to let them know this is causing me pain and I need a reinstall.
