When my first impression didn't match - in fact it was so tight my teeth hurt in the morning - Sparkling White Smiles Sales Manager Dental Lab was very helpful and offered to send me one Set for a second impression. Again, I carefully followed the instructions, but the second impression was even worse. The cap didn't even stay on my teeth. So now I'm back to square one after spending quite a bit of money and time on this product. I hate leaving a review like this as the company tried to fix my situation but to be honest the process was really cumbersome. I strongly advise against purchasing this product. You can take the impression carefully by following all the instructions and still get a mouthguard that you can't use.
