At the end of 2022, we bought a Dyson Vacuum Cleaner, we were happy with the purchase. Moreover, it is advertised a lot as a reliable and high-quality vacuum cleaner. And in 2022, a metallic rattle of the engine appeared. Naturally, we applied for a warranty on the official Dyson website. Reported immediately about all the problems of the vacuum cleaner. At first they answered us, they asked for all the information on the vacuum cleaner (receipt, passport, serial number, photo, etc.) When we provided everything, they stopped answering us at all. After we wrote that we would complain to the consumer protection hotline, they answered us and offered to send the vacuum cleaner to a service center. The courier arrived pretty quickly and took the vacuum cleaner with all the accessories. Sent to the service center of Novorossiysk. A few days later we got a call and were told that the warranty was denied. And you need to change the engine at our expense. Cause: Dust got into the engine due to the fact that the sealing ring burst. And all the other problems that we listed were designated as a defect and this is a warranty case. But they will be eliminated under warranty if we pay 15,000 for repairs. And the fact that the sealing ring burst, which was of poor quality, due to which dust got into the engine, they do not take into account! And why did their “cool” filtration “with a HEPA filter that provides effective dust retention and helps purify the air” let dust into the engine ? After returning from the service center, the vacuum cleaner began to work even worse. And we only thought in the family and at work to change the equipment to Dyson. Good thing they didn't replace it! We have an inexpensive vacuum cleaner (we use it in the garage already), which has been working for 25 years and has never been repaired. We and all our relatives and friends in this manufacturer were very disappointed. I think this information will be useful for many. I would not recommend anyone to buy this brand!
