Review on Alignment OKRs by Chris Stanisic

I love how easy it is to create goals, track progress against them & share these across teams in our organization! The reporting feature can be improved but overall this product has been great so far for us as an org of ~500 people at different levels within IBM (eg DevOps/SREs). It's helped drive alignment between all my direct reports which was not happening before using OkRis!! We've also seen some benefits from having everyone working towards similar objectives - previously there would have often only ever one person or team doing something well compared t others who were struggling more than they should given their capabilities etc I like what I've seen so far. Alignment OKRs has been very helpful in helping us set our goals and metrics. I am a little worried that the software is a little pricey, but I am sure there are more affordable options. I would recommend Alignment OKRs to companies that are looking for a way to set and track their goals and metrics. We are using Alignment OKRs to help manage our goals and metrics. It is helping us to make sure we are hitting our goals and that we are staying on track.
