I like that our team has flexibility in creating different types of goals, which helps us be more flexible as an organization to adapt quickly when we need it most! I like how it has helped me align my team to where we want them too be in 6 months, 12 months, 18 month etc. The ability for each member of my team to see what is expected of us by quarter/year end. It also gives me visibility into our progress towards goals which helps keep everyone motivated! Nothing yet I dislike about this tool but nothing comes to mind right now either.
