I like that our team has flexibility in creating different types of goals, which helps us be more flexible as an organization to adapt quickly when we need it most! It’s difficult for me personally sometimes trying understand where my current goal is going vs what needs improvement or re-allocation because they are so separate (i have not figured out how exactly this makes sense). This isn't necessarily bad but just something you don'y always know by looking at your monthly report without having done some digging into each item individually - if someone asks why did "X" go up/down i can tell them easily now instead of saying 'oh its nothing really'. We've been able keep better track overall progress than before especially considering less time spent managing those reports compared from last year's experience using traditional metrics + reporting toolset = easier management overhead.
