I like how it has helped me align my team to where we want them too be in 6 months, 12 months, 18 month etc. The ability for each member of my team to see what is expected of us by quarter/year end. It also gives me visibility into our progress towards goals which helps keep everyone motivated! Nothing yet I dislike about this tool but nothing comes to mind right now either. This is an easy way to track quarterly objectives as well as yearly ones. We were able to set up different levels of targets for each staff person so that they knew how far along or close they needed to get from their current position to achieve certain goals.
