They fall off in 3-6 weeks depending on frequency of use and your personal oil level. As mentioned in another review, you should clean your glasses with Windex or something similar beforehand, as this creates a better adhesive surface. I have found that the nose pads last longer when I do this. Other than that, these pads work well and look great. They help me wear stylish glasses that otherwise wouldn't hold up on my smooth, carefree face.
