Review on Powerful and Portable: Streamlight 66604 💪 MicroStream USB 250-Lumen Rechargeable Pocket Flashlight in Black by Jared Winebrenner

This small flashlight has many advantages: Good light, very compact, well made, rechargeable with a mini USB cable. The big downside for me is that while there are low and high modes that claim to be double-clickable, they can't be used. To activate the mode change (I accidentally did it once and never again) you have to double press the power button incredibly quickly, fighting resistance from the spring in the mechanism and the heavy waterproof rubber cover over the button. I was warned about this by previous reviewers and they were right. It's a shame - otherwise it's a really good mini lamp. Update: I finally figured out the high mode - with the lights off you have to press an almost incredibly fast button without depressing it enough to click. Partially hold the button, make sure High mode is on, then press again to click and lock that mode. It's better than I thought it would be, but still pretty finicky and rarely turns on on the first try. I upgraded it to 4 stars but it still needs improvement in this area. Streamlight has fixed this and is a 5 star product.
