**I had to lower my rating because my device won't charge anymore. I have used it 2 times. When I noticed the new one, the charging port wasn't flush with the case, it was slightly recessed. The third time I tried to plug it in to charge, the cord just popped out again. The charging connector is fully inserted to the point where it won't stay in it anymore. Simply plug in twice. It's just too cheaply built. **First Review: Mymahdi Sport Music Clip MP3 Player First Impression: **Good - Comes with some cool extras like charging cable, USB adapter, headphones, clip and watch strap. It's tiny and can play more than just MP3s. It can play videos, view pictures, play lossless audio formats, has a radio, can read e-books, has a stopwatch and of course a clock function. doesn't look very hard. The construction feels cheap, the touchscreen has a really cheap plastic sound and feel. Pressing the buttons feels cheap, sometimes you have to press them twice. The sound quality is pretty bad. I've tested it with some awesome lossless FLAC tracks and a bluetooth speaker that I know sounds good. It played them with no issues, just connected to Bluetooth, but some of the songs were unrecognizable because they just sounded weird, like some elements were overemphasized and other elements were completely missing from the track. The high frequencies on a hip-hop track also sounded very hoarse. The touch screen is one of the most frustrating I've ever used. Sensitivity hits and misses. In most cases, the delay is 10-15 seconds. It takes about 5 minutes to go to the folder browser to play my music from the micro SD card and it may not be possible to select a specific album. Mopping is absolutely awful and that's basically what you're doing. Poor touchscreen functionality is a deal breaker. If you have more than 10 albums, you will tear your hair out while playing your music. The interface is simple enough, but then again, the fact that you're forced to use a terrible touchscreen makes simple tasks like playing music almost impossible. Music and playlists from the SD card need to be populated each time the device is turned on in order for them to appear. It randomly switches back to onboard storage, so you'll have to keep filling up your SD card. There are no custom playlists, I can only pull 3 playlists from onboard storage and 3 from SD card. The option to create a playlist only searches and finds nothing. The battery life with Bluetooth is 4 to 5 hours. I think for its size it's normal, for an MP3 player in general it's pretty bad. I hate picking out a $30 mp3 player with so much cool stuff but it's just sooooo disappointing. Not recommended.
