After using it for a few days my symptoms improved significantly. If I don't wear them for a few nights, I'll definitely regret it on my morning walk. As mentioned there is kind of a learning curve to belt tension, the first night I woke up 1 hour later with a numb leg. and took it off. I tried to be too aggressive with the dorsiflexion angle. I woke up a few hours later, put it back on and undid the straps at a 90 degree angle. The next morning I had minimal pain and stiffness in my heel.
