Boat Fenders - Polyform G Series Review

I love the color they match my boat well.I like the hole size for the rope.I love I don't have to inflate them.I like that they seem durable.I don't like the smell, very chemical like.I don't like the fact they still smell hanging up in my garage for over 2 monthsOverall I like them, but not looking forward to the smell in the box they're gonna be stored in on my boat.

Got a couple of the 3.5" x 12.8" size to use when temporarily tying my PWC up to a dock or other boats. I use 3/8" x 5' dock lines with these bumpers and they've served their purpose perfectly thus far.

tried them out and they seem to work fine. Have only used them once, but didn't have a problem with them. These are great quality and the price can't be beat. However, beware. I ordered 4 white and received 2 white, one blue and one gray. These are going to remain tied to my slip 24/7 so I don't have to worry about dropping fenders as I pull in to the marina, so the color isn't a huge issue, but still, I expect to get what I ordered.

I use these on my 26' Glacier Bay Catamaran. They are just big enough for the sides and hold up to boats tied up next to you or when the current is strong and decides to take you into the dock. It came two to one box and the third one was in it's own box. The color looks great with the white boat and I will definitely be buying more of these in the future. We have a 22 ft pontoon and these are a must for tying up with other boats. Great color and have worked well on our docks for added protection when docking. This is the 3rd set we have purchased.

We have used this style of fender exclusively for years for our ski boat. Occasionally we lose them and have to replace them. Have never had one go flat or bad on us.

Choice of colors and sizes. The quality is there for these fenders. I have a set of G2 fenders for my 14 foot Crestliner for protection of boat and decals. Work as designed. Recommend

This one matches perfectly the one I lost. I prefer this brand as I have had great performance from them over 19 years of use.

Hi everyone I did some measurements to try to help others in a faster way posible,, if you're looking for a Jetski size I will recommend size G-1, it will go perfectly with a jetski, I purchased two of them to protect my jetski as much as posible from scratches when leaving it at docks. If you have a bigger boat then you must go with a BIGGER size. My comment it's base on the right size for a jetski. Hope this helps other.

If your tired of fenders that get flat or deflate, you'll be glad to find these have valves for inflation. You can be in charge of the pressure you desire, and for me that is a big plus. I've had so many fenders that deflate or lose air through the membrane in high heat/pressure conditions, I was happy to find these had a way to firm them back up. Nice colors and price point don't hurt either.

These heavy duty G5 bumpers are perfect for our 22’ tritoon! Ordered 2 more I was so pleased. They are heavy.but it’s a good sized not with a long side so they are what we need.

I purchased these to use with my new bass boat when tying up to docks. These are the soft vinyl that will not scratch gel-coat. In the past I had a set of cheap ones that were harder vinyl, after being tied to the dock for a few hours waiting for take off in a tournament, the wakes coming in caused the boat buoy to mare up the gel-coat. These won't!

I just wanted to put out this FYI for those trying to decide between G-4 vs G-5 sizes for 18 to 22-ish foot powerboats. After reading many of the reviews here and around the web, I bought these Fenders for my 2003 21 foot Bayliner Cuddy, and decided that the G-5 size was the best way to go. WRONG. Too damn fat! I just finally pulled these out of the box to start using them. There are no adapters in the packaging to inflate them. I wish I had known that before ordering, and I would have gotten one. They do seem to be good quality. I just can't blow them up properly.

Working well so far, been two weeks. I keep my boat in the water. Someone had stole my original fenders while it was still trailered so i got these to replace them, I hope the theif falls and breaks a leg. They do smell when you open them up so don't store it in your house before putting them on your boat, Place them outside or your garage.

I bought G3 fenders prior to these, although they were too big, they allowed you to add air to them. The G2s do not; I didnt see anywhere it states this in the description. To add to the lack of air valve, one of the two I bought is under-inflated. A bit disappointed.

Little pricey but my husband loves these. We lost one on the lake and he was so bummed, I had to get another. Make sure you put them inside the boat before taking off! They work great when tied up with other boats etc.

As the title says, these compare to my taylor made fenders I had on my last boat and at about 10-15.00 cheaper per fender.which adds up when you buy 6 of them. Quality appears to be excellent. color is the perfect red as pictured. and unlike a lot of other budget fenders these have valves. I would highly recommend these if you are on the fence as I was between these or the taylor made fenders.

Shipped quickly. Ordered two of the G3 size and they look great. One however has something loose and rolls around on the inside of it. It holds air so I decided I didn't want to pay to ship it back for an exchange.
