I returned this product for a number of reasons. Its intended use was in my kitchen for an Ooma device with USB ports to charge phones on demand. The Ooma device has a large plug, as does the phone charger. I expected this power supply to work and not use the center plug. I was wrong. Both plugs fit, but one of the USB ports becomes unusable. That was problem #1. Problem #2 was that the fabric-wrapped cord looked cool, but in close-up the fabric was loose and looked saggy in places. Very uncool. Too bad because it's a good size and quite a nice block.
