Better the second time
I was contacted by the seller's customer service after I wrote a bad review. They sent me a new bottle. The taste is much better. I've been using it for a few days and I'm happy with the absorbency and softness of my beard. I'll give them the benefit of the doubt - it must have been the first time they've been given a bad bottle. After this one runs out I'll order another flavor and see how it goes.
