I like how easy it's made collaborating in different time zones as we are working remotely from our home offices around Australia & New Zealand! The only thing i dislike about this tool at present would probably just come down too much automation - if there were some way they could add an option where people can still use their own domain names instead (or even better) then everyone wins!! It really helps keep things organised when trying collaborate across multiple locations/timezones without being able access each other via email or phone calls etc which sometimes gets messy very quickly especially during meetings / conference call sessions!
