One of my all time favorite sneakers from the early 80's growing up with adidas superstars and suede cougars. Back then my mom bought me quite a few of these because I loved them very much but no they don't look identical to the ones from the 70's and 80's, they used to look a lot better if you look closely the lower parts looked rougher and even the entire outsole was thicker and if you compare the photos of these to the vintage models, the Nike Swoosh logo on the side of the sneaker looked much better. These new models look dull as seductive as the ones in the past and the blue or the old was better and also the suede front and back was darker and faded than the nylon part which gave them a better look and when you wear them with the Looking closely at the vintage side, they look boring and ordinary, while the old models on the side looked like something in between. a shark would look from the side, simply beautiful, wish they had made them like before, but still nice sneakers, and please order half a size larger, nike cortez always runs small, everyone has them at my house, wife, children and all needed a half size.
