So far so good! Contrary to other reviews, assembly was easy. I'm a 34 year old girl and I assembled it myself in about 20 minutes. Yes, the instruction consists of pictures, but if you are not blind then any normal person can easily assemble it. That's a heavy chair! I was very impressed with the quality of all components. The pillow is firm but I prefer it to sinking on a hard surface. Lumbar support is great! Very satisfied so far!
