I prefer to go barefoot and usually find it difficult to wash my feet. They also form calluses. And the older I get, the harder it is to even reach my feet in the shower, let alone wash them. This rug solves all of those problems. I brush my feet and wipe away calluses without bending down. I just sprinkle some liquid soap on the mat and rub it on my feet. At first it was too bulbous to stand on, but I just put one foot on the floor and started rubbing the other back and forth. Now I'm used to pleasant sensations, like from a massage. It washes off easily after each use and sticks well so I never feel like it's slipping off. At first I thought the little scrubbers would break after a while, but I've been using it for almost a year now and the little scrubbers haven't suffered any damage.
