Bought two pairs of these headphones about a month ago. They arrived on time and were well packaged. The first ones worked fine for the first two weeks, and suddenly the left earbud stopped working. I thought it just needed to be charged but after charging the headphones still wouldn't turn on. I opened the second pair which was a gift to see if it was a charger. But still had the same problem. I'm glad I bought the proposed protection plan. However I have no luck when the second pair breaks as I have already used the protection on another pair of headphones. I wouldn't recommend these headphones, I think there are better ones for the price.
