I just received my new mugs. These are well made mugs of great quality and size. The best part is that their handles are quite large and are great for men with big hands to hold a mug. Each individual cup weighs approximately 1lb 2oz and the cup wall is thick enough to keep your coffee warm for 15 to 20 minutes. After heating the coffee in the microwave (if necessary), the body of the mug will heat up, but not the handle. The handle itself stays cool. I love these mugs and will be ordering a set for my son who has big hands.
