I knew I was buying a refurbished laptop, but I didn't expect it to be so obvious. They put some kind of paint on some of the warning buttons etc which rubs off slightly after about a week of use. The keys also fall out easily. It didn't have a real version of Windows, but some kind of digital version that I'm not sure you're legally using because it keeps asking you to activate Windows. I feel like I'm using a used laptop, not a refurbished one. If I didn't need it for work I would just send it back for a refund. Edit: It's been 6 months and this laptop has stopped working. He just cut and never cut again. I wish I could send it back. The purchase was not worth it, I could have done much better at Walmart
