DO NOT rely solely on the tension of this clip to hold your phone to a bicycle or motorcycle. I noticed that my phone no longer vibrates on a motorcycle (Kawasaki Ninja 500). Also note how short the 4 "fingers" are on this phone clip. They are not deep at all, so you'd better have a VERY flat phone case if you want to use that. I like this clip because it's all aluminum and relatively compact (unlike those big ugly plastic clips you find everywhere). However, I highly recommend getting one of those spider web style rubber bands that wrap around the back of your phone and clip to ensure your phone doesn't fall off if lost. I also noticed that the little sticky foam pads want to come loose after a short use. They really need to send you a dozen of these pads so you can replace them if needed. In summary, I would never rely solely on this clip to hold my phone without the added help of a rubber band.
