Review on 👓 Enhance Your Visual Experience with Select-A-Vision Men's Optitek Computer 2101 Black Reading Glasses by Leslie Clark

Revainrating 2 out of 5

We've been using it for 2 years, the ear pads are falling apart, the lenses are blue on one side. Optitex 2101

I liked this pair at first. After about a year of use a few days a week, the rubber around the ear cups is peeling away, revealing a gap between the rubber and the underlying metal. Also, there's now something wrong with the blue lens, which is now distracting like it's been erased. I've tried several cleaning methods to try to fix/clean it up but to no avail. I have never had a problem with the nose or the hinge of the glasses. The problems I see and experience are related to the rubber eartips and the lenses themselves. Missing buing only on one side, stained and disturbing. This listing is for the exact couple in the picture. I had another, newer pair with plastic frames and higher magnification but from the same brand. This pair wasn't that strong, and one of the hinges of the glasses just broke while working on the computer, and one of the hinges detached from the plastic - model E2103-150-001. I bought both pairs at Wegmans grocery store. The second pair, the plastic ones, I took back to the store and they allowed me to exchange for a cheaper pair if the same pair was no longer available. I was expecting better quality considering the prices from this Select-A-Vision company.
