I bought my water bottle about a year ago and it was great until the lid broke. I usually screw my eyelids open to keep them from leaking. I reached out and asked if I could get a new cap, the company responded quickly and immediately sent me a new cap for free. I was also happy that the new lid was redesigned internally so that the reason the last one cracked was fixed!
