Comparison of 4 Brands of Similar Light Bulbs

I'm always looking for the perfect lightbulb. I'm very happy with this Boncoo bulb, although it's not exactly my favorite bulb that I've tested. I have a 5 bulb fixture in which I compared 5 different clear A19 bulbs. Philips A19 clear dimmable halogen bulb 100W 2990K. This was my basic bulb that I wanted to combine with LED. I love their colour, which I think is the biggest advantage of halogen bulbs. To me, that's the perfect white light, similar to traditional incandescent bulbs but a little more energy efficient. The problems with halogen bulbs are primarily that they use more electricity than LEDs, therefore emit more heat and have a much shorter lifespan. Boncoo A19 Dimmable LED light bulb, 3000K, 6W. transparent halogen lamp. As an LED, it is much more energy efficient and does not generate heat like a halogen. Although the color temperature of this lamp is higher than that of the halogen lamp, the halogen lamp is slightly whiter. This bulb is a little more yellow, but the color is still very nice for an LED. The best thing about this lamp is that there is NO DELAY in turning on when you flip the switch, unlike all other LEDs I've tested. It turns on just as quickly as the halogen. It has very pronounced filaments when switched on. Feit Dimmable A19 Clear LED, 3000K, 810 Lumens, 9W: This is the slowest lamp on this list with the longest turn-on delay after switching the switch. Despite having the same color temperature and reportedly with a CRI >90, the lamp is noticeably more yellow when placed next to the Boncoo. Very pronounced threads. With lag and color difference, this was my least favorite of the 4 LED bulbs. Tesler Dimmable A19 Clear LED, 3000K, 1000 Lumen, 9W (75W replacement): This lamp is significantly larger than other lamps. It also has the yellowest color and the most pronounced threads. It's less bright than its 7W 800 lumen counterpart of the same brand. After toggling the switch, there is a slight turn-on delay. I would definitely prefer a 7 watt (60 watt replacement) bulb of the same brand to this bulb. Tesler Dimmable A19 Clear LED, 3000K, 800 Lumens, 7W (60W spare): This was the whitest of all LED bulbs and came closest in color and brightness to a 100W halogen bulb. It has the least pronounced filaments. While it does have a slight lag while the Boncoo doesn't, the color and brightness are the most noticeable bulbs, making it my top pick on this list. Teslar equivalent 75W. None of them hum. My two favorites are this Boncoo and the Tesler 60W replacement.
