Touchbar - there is nothing terrible in it. The esc key is a matter of habit (although it takes a long time to get used to, but I'm used to it). If you use exclusively hotkeys, then you will rarely use tach, but it will not strain either. Don't be afraid. USB ports. I recommend buying a universal adapter with all standard ports once and forget about it. I don't feel any discomfort. But through usb-c you can connect anything. For example, the monitor transmits both picture and sound, and also tries to charge the laptop. Tries because the power from the monitor is not enough for 15 poppies. Charging - when there was a good old MagSafe, there was a charge indicator on the magnet. Here charging via usb-c and this indicator is cut out completely. It really stresses me out. It used to be like - put it on charge and you can see from a distance whether it was charged or not. Now, to see it, you need to go to the device, open the lid and look. It seems to be a trifle but still. The keyboard has become more modern, at first it was unusual, a very short key travel. Now I'm used to it. The keys are pressed louder than on previous models. Otherwise, I can not say anything - it's just different. The trackpad is huge. I personally don't see any benefit from it. It became quieter to press, a strong pressing function appeared, this is when the trackpad is pressed 2 times. You can, for example, rename files in this way or attach a file in the mailer. The function is disabled for those who do not like it. Claimed up to 10 hours of battery life. Yep, right now. I have no idea what to do to get 10 hours. Capacity is reduced compared to 2022-2022 models. The battery life has become noticeably less with the same tasks, it feels like an hour at least 2. The sound is really good, perhaps the best among laptops. I tried to focus on the shortcomings, since everyone already knows the advantages. In general, this is still an excellent device for solving a wide range of tasks. Yes, there are flaws, but nothing is perfect. Like - you can take.
