The ease of use as well as how simple it was in order set up procedures when getting started (especially since there are so many different options). There could potentially be some better training materials available; however this may just depend upon who you're working through their support team vs if they have an internal IT department that specializes specifically in user interface development/design. We've been able see what questions people had answered them or not after being asked by potential new employees via LinkedIn messages before ever reaching out directly which has helped us close deals faster!
