::UPDATED 1/17/23::So the company reached out to me not long after I made my initial review. They offered to send me the replacement part that malfunctioned along with a complimentary lumbar pillow. I decided to give it another shot. I just installed the new seat cushion and so far so good. Now, keep in mind this is only day one. I will be back to let you know how things go in a few weeks. Fingers crossed!FYI, the customer service was good and the seat cushion arrived fairly quickly.::PREV REVIEW::I have owned this chair for a little better than 30 days, and it has already failed. The mesh in the seat has started tearing away from the frame. This is certainly not due to misuse. The chair was quite comfortable until this issue. I will be sending it back. The mesh continues to tear, which makes sitting uncomfortable and almost impossible. Thank goodness I also have a standing desk. 🫤
